Terms of Service
Plain English summary: Qurantify is an Islamic app with a free Quran reader and optional Premium features. Use it respectfully, don't misuse it, and understand that we provide it as-is. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Qurantify mobile application or visiting qurantify.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application or website.
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Azizi Digital ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of Qurantify, based in the United Kingdom.
2. The Service
Qurantify provides a free Islamic utility application including a Quran reader, audio recitation, prayer times, and Qibla compass. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
The Quran reader is provided free of charge. Qurantify also offers optional Premium features (audio recitation, memorisation, prayer times, translations, and more) available via an annual subscription (£19.99/year, auto-renewable) or a one-time lifetime purchase (£34.99), processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. All pricing is displayed within the app before any purchase is made.
3. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Qurantify offers the following optional Premium purchases, processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play:
- Annual Subscription — £19.99/year: An auto-renewable subscription billed yearly. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time via your Apple ID or Google account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and you retain access until then.
- Lifetime Purchase — £34.99: A one-time non-consumable purchase granting permanent access to all current and future Premium features.
Refund policy: All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not handle payment transactions directly and therefore cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google:
- Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund.
- Google: Visit the Google Play Help Centre at support.google.com/googleplay to request a refund.
UK Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases. However, by initiating a download or use of digital content, you acknowledge that performance has begun and you may lose the right to cancel under Regulation 37. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the content is faulty or not as described.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing dispute not resolved by Apple or Google, please contact us at support@qurantify.com and we will do our best to assist.
